- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Cooks is a great bar with a an equally good bunch of friendly staff. It has a relaxed and controlled atmosphere with an interesting aray of down to earth regulars and visitors. Anton Elkerbout, manager of the establishment, is most fond of meeting new people and inviting them in for a cold beverage and good natured chat.
